This charming 2-story unit has two river rock wood-burning fireplaces, handcrafted log furniture, and wood accents, makes this home exudes comfort and fun for the whole family. There are no neighbors on three sides and a private walkway just for you! There is an updated, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a double wall oven, and a gas stove. Dine together at the table for four where you can also mix up a drink at the convenient wet bar, and then settle into the adjacent living area complete with a cozy sectional sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, and a Netflix-ready flatscreen TV. And for the ultimate relaxation, you can head up to the main bathroom where you'll find a dry sauna and a soothing jetted tub.
Guests will also enjoy access to amenities that include two outdoor decks, a shared hot tub, and a heated pool at the Village Rec Center and Harker Center facilities (seasonal amenities apply).
The family dog (1 dog max w/ a 25 lbs. limit) is welcome with approval.
About Summit
The Summit Condominiums are located just south of the Elkhorn Plaza very close to the tennis courts and pool. Ketchum and the River Run lifts are about 2½ miles away, but easily reachable on the free, area-wide KART bus system.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Summit.
