This condo offers 1 full bath and 1 bedroom, to comfortably lodge up to 4 guests. The master suite has floor-to-ceiling windows and a queen bed. The living room has a sofa sleeper for extra space.
The hallway storage area is complete with a washer and dryer.
Outside, your private patio beckons with a bistro table and gas grill. The quaint space showcases views of the mountain range.
About Sawtooth
The Sawtooth Condominiums are on Ritchie Drive in Warm Springs about 1 block to the ski lifts and close to the apres ski spots. Downtown Ketchum is about three miles away and can be reached via the free KART service which stops less than one block from the condominium.

POLICIES
Sawtooth Unit 10 (Play Soleil at Warm Springs Base Area) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on time of year and occupancy.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
