This second-level entry condominium is a perfect winter or summer retreat for families, offering 1,244 sq. ft. of living space for up to 9 people. It is furnished for comfort and is in a superb location near the Dollar Mountain beginner ski lift and the Elkhorn Golf Course. The two-story ceiling with large windows in the living room creates a bright, spacious environment for relaxation. The living area is equipped with a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. There is also deck access off the living area.
There are 2 bedrooms, a loft, and 2 bathrooms. There is a bedroom on the main level with a queen bed. The master bedroom is on the second level with a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and complex views. Up to the loft, you will find a twin bunk bed set and a single twin bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo on the main level and the same on the second level.
This unit comes with access to Elkhorn amenities (some amenities are seasonal) and you can access the bike path, which runs through the Village area. The free shuttle picks up about 2 blocks away from the complex that can bring you to Bald Mountain lifts, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.
This unit does NOT have A/C.
Parking Notes: There are multiple parking sites available in the large lot at the end of the driveway. There are brick walkways with an occasional stair or slight grade to the unit and then two flights of stairs to the unit. Parking is on a first come first serve basis with the occasional need for snow plowing in the winter.

Just a stone's throw from the Village, Indian Springs offers units with fireplaces. The Indian Springs Complex is located on the Elkhorn Golf Course and near the bike path.

POLICIES
Indian Springs Unit 2423 (Sunny Springs) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-10 depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
