This Fairway Nine unit is tastefully decorated and has nice furniture. The kitchen is great for cooking and has a bar. The master bathroom has a nice size full bath. This unit is a very comfortable place to stay.
About Fairway Nine Condos
The Fairway 9 complex is located on the Elkhorn Loop Road, right on the golf course. The free KART bus stops right outside the complex, making it very easy to get to any place desired in the area. In summer guests have access to the Elkhorn Village Amenities & Harker Center Amenities.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Fairway Nine Condos.

understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Fairway Nine Condos Unit 4311 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on time of year and occupancy.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
