This Villager condo is two levels, with a ground-floor entry. The unit has been updated with hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is newly remodeled with tile back-splash, painted oak cabinets, and stainless steel appliances including a gas range stove. The kitchen is small but completely stocked with everything necessary to create a wonderful gourmet meal. The dining table will comfortably seat four.
The master bedroom is on the second level with a queen bed. The second bedroom is also located on the second level with three twin beds (one set of bunks beds and one single twin).
There is one bathroom on the second floor, in the hallway between the two bedrooms to accommodate all. The other bathroom is located on the main floor and has a large shower only. The condo's private washer/dryer keeps your vacation garb refreshed and ready for the next grand adventure.
As evening nears, gather around the dining table for a family board game night and tune the condo's central air-conditioning to your liking. Sweet dreams will come quickly under the plush linens in the bedrooms.

About Villager
Located in the southeast corner of Sun Valley Village, and just a block from the Lodge & Dollar Mountain. The Villager Condominiums are near the Sun Valley Lake and offer one, two, three and four-bedroom units. All have fireplaces and a small deck. All units are two levels. "New Villager Condominiums Association does not allow Trailers, RV's, Boats, Camper or Commercial Vehicles on the property. Arrangements can be made to park this type of vehicles on Sun Valley Property by the Lodge. Please call to make arrangements in advance.

POLICIES
Villager Unit 1236 (Villager Retreat) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-10 depending on time of year.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
