This 1700 sq. foot three-level contemporary condo on the Elkhorn Golf Course has bedrooms and baths on the lowest level, common area as one great room with high ceiling on the middle level, and an open loft above the living room accessed by stairs. The decorating is focused on no-fuss, family style relaxation. The condo has more space than most units that accommodate six to seven people. A comfortable, nicely upholstered sofa and matching love seat provide ample seating in the living room. The vaulted ceiling and the flagstone gas fireplace add to the spaciousness and ambiance of this room. Through a sliding glass door is the large deck, which includes a Weber gas BBQ and patio seating for four to enjoy the view of the golf course. The tile entryway with ski racks is ideal for skiers' convenience in wintertime. This unit has been rated "bronze" by the management company.
This unit has access to the complex pool (seasonal) and hot tub as well as the Harker Center amenities. This unit also features private WIFI as well as cable TV with a DVD player.
About Sunburst
The Sunburst Complex is conveniently located not far from the Elkhorn Village and bike path and is on the Elkhorn Golf Course. The complex also has a pool of its own, along with a jacuzzi and sauna. KART buses provide free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Sunburst.

POLICIES
Sunburst Unit 2749 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depends on season.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
