This three-level well-appointed condominium is on the Elkhorn Golf Course and is a corner unit. Bedrooms and baths are located on the lowest level, common areas as one great room with vaulted ceiling and half bath are on the middle level, and an open loft above the living room is accessed by stairs. Details like the formal dining table with dressed fabric chairs, leather corner sectional sofa in the living room and granite countertops in the kitchen create an elegant setting for guests. The large deck accessible via sliding glass door from the living room affords golf course views and includes patio seating with umbrella for four and a Weber gas barbeque. This unit has been rated "gold" by the management company.
About Sunburst
The Sunburst Complex is conveniently located not far from the Elkhorn Village and bike path and is on the Elkhorn Golf Course. The complex also has a pool of its own, along with a jacuzzi and sauna. KART buses provide free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Sunburst.

"The condo is great! Superb location, easy access in and out and a fun place to have kids (there's a GREAT hill right out the back door).
Bathrooms are in need of update and the heat in the master bedroom needs to be calibrated. Other than that, it's an excellent choice!"

POLICIES
Sunburst Unit 2739 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depends on season.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
