About "Unit 20"
This three level, 4-bedroom/4-bath duplex-style townhome features fresh finishes and textures, lovely views of Bald Mountain and the southern foothills. The floor plan provides spacious accommodations for your family or group, with 2,300 square feet and room for up to 8 guests. This unit does not have A/C. The first floor has a bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a bath, as well as access to the heated single car garage and laundry facilities. The second floor has the master bedroom and bathroom suite with a king bed, a 27 inch TV, walk-in closet and a two-person jetted tub. Also on the second floor is a bath and bedroom with two twin beds that can be bridged into a king bed upon request. The second floor also offers access to a small yard and private patio. The top level offers a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, living room, dining and kitchen areas. All are designed to provide the best views of the mountain. The kitchen is fully equipped and is adjacent to the dining room where there is seating for six at the table. A breakfast bar adds three more seats. New furnishings and pleasant decor make this a perfect home away from home. The living room offers a 40 inch flat screen TV, mini stereo with CD player, digital piano and wireless internet access. No pets are allowed on this property.

These brand new Townhomes are in a very convenient location! The highest taste has been put into the space planning and furnishing. The River Ridge Townhomes are located about two blocks from the River Run lifts and about six blocks from the center of Ketchum. All of Ketchum's dining, shopping and nightlife are just a short walk away.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at River Ridge Townhomes.

understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
River Ridge Townhomes Unit 20 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
