About "Unit 171"
This is one of the largest Prospectors available. It is located next to one of the complex hot tubs and is just a short walk across the river to the tennis and swimming facility during the summer. The large great room windows and high ceilings create a bright, airy feeling. Entering on the ground level, guests will find a large sunken living room with vaulted ceiling, good afternoon light and comfortable plush couches. The dining area features a rectangular mission style hardwood table for eight. A matching round breakfast table for four is situated near the windows with Bald Mountain views. The bright remodeled kitchen is larger than most Prospector condominiums and offers plenty of tiled counterspace.
All three bedrooms have a full bathroom ensuite, ample closet space and views. The master bedroom, which is also located on the main floor level, has a king bed, 18 inch flat-screen TV and full en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and tub/shower combo. Upstairs is where you will find the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be bridged to a king with Mt Views, full en-suite bathroom, single vanity and tub/shower combination. Also on this level is the loft bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be bridged to King, Mt views and full en-suite bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combination. The loft is open to the living room below. There is a ski closet next to the front door.
About Prospector
Prospector Condominiums provide a great location for both winter and summer activities. Located on Warm Springs Creek just off Skiway Drive, the Prospector complex is within walking distance to Warm Springs lifts and restaurants. The Prospectors offer three on-site hot tubs, and in the summer there is an outdoor swimming pool and private tennis courts. There is a free shuttle that picks up about a block away from the condo which will transport you to the ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and to the Sun Valley Resort.
Bordered by the Warm Springs Creek and nestled in the trees, the Prospector offers one, two, three and four-bedroom units just 1 block from the lifts. In the winter, Warm Springs is the hub of skiing, with all lodging within walking distance of the ski lifts.
Cluster-built, there are 6 condos to a building. Common areas are on the entry level with bedrooms upstairs. Three bedroom units have all en-suite baths, have double high ceilings in the living room and are on the ends of the buildings with the best views.
The free KART bus (Ketchum Area Rapid Transit) stops at the entrance to the Prospector complex, providing free local transportation to downtown Ketchum, the Sun Valley Resort, and the River Run Lodge & Lifts.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Prospector.

POLICIES
Prospector Unit 171 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on time of year and occupancy.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
