About "Unit 13"
Nestled a few feet from the banks of Trail Creek, this bright, corner condo offers a tranquil escape less than five minutes from downtown Ketchum and skiing at River Run.
Styled in classic mountain decor, this two-bedroom condo features hardwood furniture and antique accents, including a unique, cast-iron kitchen clock, and vintage ski poles. The living area invites guests to gather by an impressive river rock fireplace or catch a movie on the 52-inch plasma TV. Large picture windows in the living and dining areas frame colorful trees dotting the banks of Trail Creek. Sliding glass doors from the dining area open onto a covered patio where you can fire up the BBQ or sip coffee on one of two lounge chairs and listen to the sound of the creek rushing by.
In the dining room, a charming log table seats guests beneath a cast-iron chandelier, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar allowing you to easily host friends for dinner. A fully equipped kitchen allows for homemade meals, with plenty of room to stock your favorite snacks throughout your stay.
Down the hall is an inviting primary bedroom with a queen bed, twin closets, and an en-suite bath with a shower. This room also features cable TV and a DVD player. The adjacent second bedroom has a captain's bunk with an extra-long twin-over-queen bed. This room features cable TV, a small library, and access to a full bathroom in the hallway. A stackable washer and dryer is also available to guests in the hallway bathroom.
A covered front porch offers a cozy bench to easily remove your boots and gear, while a lockable storage closet gives you convenient storage for skis and equipment outside the condo. As a guest of Bridgepoint, you will also have access to the community hot tub, nestled steps away with views of the creek and surrounding woods.
Things to Note: The shuttle stops half a block away. This complex is also near a paved bike path.
About Bridgepoint
Bridgepoint Condominiums are located in a convenient corner of Ketchum, just a few feet from the banks of Trail Creek. The complex is conveniently located near the bike path in the summer and is within walking distance of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. Common area hot tub and outdoor parking for up to two cars only. The free Mountain Rides shuttle stops half a block from the complex to reach the River Run lifts or access the cities of Ketchum and Sun Valley for your shopping and dining pleasures.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Bridgepoint.

POLICIES
Bridgepoint Unit 13 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Nights
Check In/Out Time: 5:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Directions to accommodations provided prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
