1,550 sq. foot, two bedroom, one-level condo. This unit offers a huge living room and bar, with a double-sided fireplace to dining room, large gourmet kitchen, 3TV's/VCR/Stereo, two baths, washer/dryer, and 3 decks. The dining table seats 8 to 10, and there is room for another table and chairs for large groups to congregate.

No driving, no parking, no hassles with ski equipment, just put on your skis and you're off. Pennays offers the ultimate luxury of a location neighboring magnificent River Run Plaza - restaurants, bars, apres ski entertainment, shops, skier services & high speed quad lifts. "No driving. .......high speed quad lifts."
Pennays provides complimentary ski guiding on Baldy. It is an excellent service for first-timers and also for those who want a refresher of the great runs on our Mountain.
In 2006 the units received all new appliances, granite countertops, retiled floors, and paint.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Pennays At River Run.

"Great location!!!! Very nice condo unit. Great access to River Run base lodge. You do need to have a car though. We had a great stay."
