About "Unit 31"
This condo has been newly remodeled and has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It is conveniently located on the edge of Ketchum within walking distance to all that the area has to offer. There is also a bus stop in the complex for direct access to the mountain and ski lifts.
The lower level has two bedrooms: one featuring a queen bed and the other a bunk room with a Twin/Twin bunk and a Double/Twin bunk. These bedrooms share a beautifully remodeled bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Upstairs is another bedroom with a Queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to a patio.
Also upstairs is the newly remodeled kitchen with granite counters and a custom bar top fully equipped for home-cooked meals after a day of fun. The living area features a wood-burning fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and access to a wrap-around balcony.
This condo also features a gas BBQ grill, wireless internet, and washer/dryer. The Val D Sol complex also offers an on-site summer-use pool. Full Sun Valley amenities are accessible which include: year-round heated pools, a jacuzzi, and sauna (no access to fitness area), seasonal Olympic-size pool, etc. Tennis and golf at a discounted rate are also included.
To help maintain the beauty of this property, smoking is not allowed.

The Val d'Sol complex has a seasonal outdoor pool and is located walking distance to downtown Ketchum & Sun Valley Resort.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Val D Sol.

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Val D Sol Unit 31 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 nights
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
