Stroll just half a mile to tee off at the McCall Golf Club (east), swim at Brown Park's beach on Payette Lake (west), explore Ponderosa State Park (north), or peruse the charming shops, restaurants, and breweries downtown (south). Whether you spend your days kayaking, paddleboarding, or golfing, you'll delight in coming home to a host of community amenities. You'll have access to indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, a sauna, and courts for tennis, pickleball, and racquetball at the club (some of these amenities are seasonal).
Begin summer mornings by sipping your coffee on the balcony adjoining the primary suite. In the afternoons and evenings, unwind on the ground-floor patio by lighting the gas grill, dining in the fresh mountain air, and telling stories around the seasonal fire pit once the sun goes down.
The living space is bright and open, with large windows and forest views illuminating the kitchen, the dining area, and the living room. Special features of the unit include a playroom for the kids and a wood-burning fireplace to warm you as you play board games and watch movies via streaming and Blu-ray. There are three bedrooms upstairs, a stacked washer/dryer on the main floor, and complimentary WiFi throughout.

About Aspen Village
Aspen Village condos back up to the McCall Golf Course and each unit is individually owned with its own character and decor. They are walking distance to Davis Beach, Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park and downtown McCall.
Aspen Village has an on site sports club for lodging guests to use. The club features an indoor pool, racquetball courts, basketball court, hot tub, sauna and fitness center.
Aspen Village is the largest condominium complex in McCall which makes it perfect for groups and family reunions. Please note that the Aspen Village complex no longer allows RV's and trailers, particularly snowmobile trailers, within Aspen Village, per the covenants of the condominium association.
Hours for the Aspen Village Clubhouse are Mon-Fri (6am-9pm), Sat (9am-9pm) and Sun (9am-5pm). Closed on Christmas Day, Easter Sunday and limited hours on New Years Eve & New Years Day. Hours subject to change and may vary over holidays.

POLICIES
Aspen Village Unit 083 P (Aspen Woods at the Aspen Village) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-4 depending on the season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
