Four seasons of fun are just outside your doorstep, from world-class skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing in the winter to hiking, mountain biking, golf, and more in the warm months. There are a handful of fantastic on-site amenities you can use, including a hot tub, an outdoor pool, a sauna, and a tennis court (some of these amenities are seasonal). Downtown Sun Valley and Ketchum are within two and three miles (respectively) with great dining options, convenience stores, and coffee shops.
Admire wonderful mountain and ski views from your private balcony on the second floor. The inviting living area boasts gorgeous wooden accents and a beautiful rock wood-burning fireplace, an extensive sectional, and a large smart TV with streaming services. Surprise your beloved family and friends with mouth-watering recipes. The full kitchen has everything you could need to prepare that and so much more.
The first floor hosts two well-appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom has its own smart TV and access to a sunny, private patio.
Parking Notes: 2 vehicles in front of the unit, or wherever you find space. Parking passes will be provided in the unit and need to be returned at the end of every guest stay.

Paralleling the golf course, the Ridge Condominiums offer one and two bedroom units within easy walking distance of Dollar Mountain.

POLICIES
Ridge Unit 2614 (Sun Valley Ridge Retreat) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
