About "Unit 21"
This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is located near Warm Springs and sleeps up to four people. The kitchen, which has new appliances, granite countertops, and four bar stools, is fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating and ample lighting. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. There is a 55-inch Smart TV with streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Basic cable is also provided. The balcony is off the living room with seasonal, outdoor furniture to enjoy. The condo also features a smart speaker for listening to your favorite music or audio. High-speed wireless internet access is provided. The bedroom has a king bed and access to the hallway bath with a shower only and a single sink vanity.
About Snow Valley Condos
The condo is one mile from the Warm Springs Lifts and is directly on the bike path/walking path that will take you to downtown Ketchum. The free bus stop is close by for getting to lifts and around town. There is also the 65-acre Warm Spring Preserve less than 1/4 mile away where you can enjoy a nice walk next to the creek and frisbee golf and access to over 600 miles of hiking trails less than half a mile away!

are not confirmed until you have made a reservation. We will always
strive to get you the lowest possible price.

Amenities such as hot tubs and pools are
especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Snow Valley Condos Unit 21 Cancellation and other Policies
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
