About "The Meadows 1"
Sparkling summer or snowy winter, you'll be in awe of the natural light and forest views that fill this two-story condo. This quiet-yet-convenient escape is a place to hike, ski, and get out on the pristine waters of Payette Lake.
This home sits among the woodlands on the west side of Payette Lake, less than two miles north of Rotary Park on the lakeshore. It's a straight shot to both the Bear Basin Trailhead (less than two miles west) and the slopes of Brundage Mountain Resort (eight miles north). Downtown McCall with its many restaurants, shops, breweries, and conveniences is only two miles east as well.
After a day of adventure, come home to kick off your boots in the entry hall and be greeted by a light-filled living space. Take a seat by the wood-burning fireplace, stream a favorite movie or two on the Smart TV, and watch the snow pile high through floor-to-ceiling windows.
When you're not dining out in town, prepare meals with ease using stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen. You can look up new recipes using the complimentary WiFi, seat your chopping sous chefs at the breakfast bar, and gather for dinner at the adjacent dining room table.

Brundage Condos are comfortable and secluded with two levels and a spiral staircase in each unit.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Meadows Condos.

provide a credit or refund for missing or amenities that are not

understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Meadows Condos The Meadows 1 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
