Location, location, location! This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is 1,950 sq. ft. and is located in the heart of McCall. You will be within walking distance to the beach, Payette Lake, the Marina, shopping, dining, drinks, Ice Cream Alley, and so much more! You can also easily bike or walk to Ponderosa State Park, trails, and the McCall Golf Course. You can't beat the quiet neighborhood so close to all things McCall.
There is a large parking lot located behind the property with plenty of space for travelers to park boat trailers in the summer and snowmobile trailers in the winter months.
The high ceilings with wood interior paneling make this a warm and classic McCall home. The large living room will fit the whole family and opens to the kitchen and the well-lit dining room with access to the deck outside.
Two of the bedrooms each have a king bed and twin day beds and twin trundles. The last bedroom has a queen bed. The large master bedroom offers a private balcony with access to enjoy the mountain air.
Things to Note: The fireplace is non-operational. This home has exterior cameras that record motion and sound.
Parking Notes: 3 vehicles are allowed to park in front of the unit OR in the large parking lot behind the unit. No garage access and no parking allowed in front of neighboring units.

especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Wolf Den Townhomes The Wolf Den Cancellation and other Policies
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
