Take in gorgeous mountain scenery without sacrificing convenience at this multi-level, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located just outside downtown Ketchum. You'll be right on the shuttle route to reach the slopes of Sun Valley, with a prime location between the Warm Springs and River Run Day Lodges at Bald Mountain.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan, details of natural wood, and a wall of windows framing the surrounding mountains, meadows, and treetops. The living room is a wonderful place to unwind, whether you're choosing a record to play on the turntable, watching movies on the flatscreen TV, or simply warming your toes by the gas fireplace. To the other side of the room are an open kitchen with an island breakfast bar and a window-side dining space.
Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 are on the main level while the primary suite occupies the entire second floor.
Parking Notes: There is parking available in the covered spot P23, or any unassigned/visitor spot that is open in the 2 parking lots on the side.
About Fields
The Fields is a newly constructed complex conveniently located on the bus line on Warm Springs Road between Ketchum and Warm Springs. This unit is close to downtown Ketchum and the Warm Springs Lifts. The complex features an on site hot tub and work out room.

POLICIES
Fields Unit 140-D (Mountain Meadow Retreat) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3 to 7 depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
