This quiet and relaxing pet-friendly townhome is in a hard-to-beat location that also offers a private hot tub! This complex is also contiguous to the bike path which, in the winter, is groomed for skiing. You'll be walking distance to the River Run side of Bald Mountain and the River Run Lifts. After a day of skiing, you can come back to a carpeted area with a bench, as well as clothes and ski racks for 6. This changing area has it all, including boot warmers! Then head inside and cozy up by the fireplace and play one of the many board games available or read a good book.
This getaway features a convenient gas grill on the balcony, along with an outdoor dining area, which makes it the perfect place to host a cookout.
There is a large, heated garage that has plenty of room, even for a large SUV.
Things to Know: The twin bedroom can be bridged for a king bed with advanced notice only.

Parking Notes: There is a 2-car garage. If you are unable to fit your vehicles in the garage, then you must abide by the HOA Rules as they are extremely strict. You must park in one of the open parking spaces in the community or on the road. Please note it is against HOA rules to park in front of a garage door.
About Sunbird Condos
The Sunbird condos new units are in the River Run area of Ketchum, convenient to the downtown area, and only a few blocks to the River Run ski lifts. The complex is on the bike path that is groomed in the winter to ski to the the mountain or cross country ski trails. In the summer you can ride your bikes or walk into town.

POLICIES
Sunbird Condos Unit 3 (Sun Bird Getaway at River Run) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
