Aspen 19 is on the ground floor offering a convenient step-free, open floor plan. Upon entering, you'll have the fully-equipped kitchen to your right. It comes equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, utensils, and toaster. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer/dryer combo, a sink, and a vacuum.
The dining table seats 4 and if you're needing some more dining space, the breakfast table has space for up to 4 people as well (3 comfortably). A wood stove and baseboard heating through the living room will keep you nice and warm during chilly nights. The living room boasts comfort and convenience with a large sofa and an armchair, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with Apple TV.
Step outside to the private patio area equipped with a small metallic table and 2 chairs and a private gas grill.
This condo offers 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The first bedroom features a baseboard heat unit, a flatscreen TV on a small stand, and a closet. The second bedroom has a flatscreen TV in a drawer, an armchair, a ceiling fan, and a baseboard heat unit. Both TVs have Roku. During the summer months there is a shared outdoor pool available for guest use.
