On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed and also a full bathroom with a shower. The washer/dryer and single-car garage access are also on this level.
The second level consists of the main living area which has a gourmet kitchen, a dining area with seating for 4 at the dining table and 4 at the breakfast bar. The dining area flows into the living room with generous windows and a door leading to the balcony overlooking the landscaped courtyard. You'll also find a guest bedroom with a bunk bed with 2 queens and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
On the third level, you'll find a spacious master suite including a workstation, a lounge chair for reading, a full bathroom with dual vanities, and a convenient walk-in closet.
Please note: the garage is available for guest use. Parking is available in front of the garage. There is overflow parking for an additional vehicle nearby in the gravel area adjacent to Boydstun Street, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
