There are two master suites, one up and one down, each with a king bed and an attached bath with a soaking tub. Also upstairs is a guest bedroom with two double beds. In between the upstairs master suite and the guest bedroom are a TV lounge and office area with a pull-out full-size bed - perfect for guests hoping to spread out during their stay. An additional half bath is located on the main level.
Spacious living area with high ceilings designed with comfort in mind. An open, fully equipped kitchen with the most up-to-date conveniences including a six-burner gas range and a large prep island with sink; the envy of any dedicated Cook. Gather in the dining area designed for enjoying a leisurely meal or relax and dine al fresco on the large patio with an all-season roof. gather around the patio, wood-burning fireplace, and private hot tub.
Guests have Blackhawk Clubhouse access for use of the seasonal pool, spa, and gym amenities. A workout with a view in the fully equipped gym or the hydro massage spa and calming pool are inviting on warm. summer days and cool fall evenings. Begin and end each day with a wildlife walk along the river.
Things to Note: This home has a 24/7 Exterior Surveillance and Alarm system. The alarm will be disarmed prior to the guest's arrival. No Street Parking.

POLICIES
Blackhawk on the River Red Tail on the River Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
