About "Unit #1"
This Greenbriar condo is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath unit with a spacious floor plan. The living and dining room have plenty of seating and windows letting in lots of natural light. The TV in the living room is a flat-screen has does have an HDMI hook-up.
The main level has one bedroom with a Queen bed located off the hallway near the kitchen. This level also has a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find the second bedroom with a Queen bed and a private half bathroom. The large master suite is also located upstairs and has a King bed with a jetted tub (only), and double sinks. Off the master bedroom is access to a private balcony.
The lower-level patio area has a picnic table. The walking path for the McCall Golf Course is right out your door. Guests will also enjoy the short walk to Davis Beach or Ponderosa State Park. The Greenbriar complex also shares an outdoor seasonal pool.
This unit will allow 1 dog with an additional nightly fee.
There is 1 dedicated parking space for this unit (no garage).

This condo complex sits on the green of Birch #6 on the McCall Golf Course. It is just a short walk to Davis Beach on Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park and Downtown McCall. Relax and enjoy the views or take advantage of the close proximity to all the great activities McCall has to offer.
