About "Unit 1368"
This sunny, two-and-a-half-bedroom, three-bath, end unit is perfect for sleeping up to six guests. It offers clean, pleasing accommodations with 1,300 sq. ft. of space. The living room has a 40-inch flatscreen, a Roku TV with a Sonos Sound Bar, and a gas fireplace. Adjacent to the living area there is a dining table that seats six and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a stackable washer/dryer in a closet by the kitchen.
The main floor features the master bedroom, which has a king bed, a 30-inch flatscreen, a Roku TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower and bathtub. The second-floor guest bedroom has a king bed and access to a full bath off the hallway with a shower. There is also a 23-inch TV and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom, which has a small opening, that does have blinds, makes this room a loft-style bedroom on the second floor. This room has two twin beds, a small desk with a computer screen, and an en-suite bathroom.
There is a large deck at the front entrance with a seasonal table and chairs and a gas grill.

About Dollar Meadows
This complex is located between the Snowcreek Condos and the Sun Valley Lodge. Creeks and ponds wind through this complex, which offers two, three and four bedroom units. Fireplaces and spacious front decks are all found at Dollar Meadows Condominiums.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Dollar Meadows.

Dollar Meadows Unit 1368 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
