Four seasons of fun are just outside your doorstep, from world-class skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing in the winter to hiking, mountain biking, golf, and more in the warm months. On-site amenities include outdoor pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a pickle ball, and tennis courts (some are seasonal access).
At home, you'll find a comfortable space with new flooring and a remodeled bathroom with a custom mural in the shower. The full kitchen features all the appliances and plenty of counter space so you can have a quick bite before you head out to explore. Grab a board game or stream the latest release to relax when you return. Other entertainment options include WiFi, a DVD player, a stereo, and a CD player. Meal prep is easy on the gas grill, or step out to one of many local restaurants for dinner.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Parking Notes: Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small.
About The Bluff
Named for the land feature they sit on, the Bluff Condominiums are located on Horseshoe Road 1 mile from the Elkhorn Plaza. Sun Valley Village is about 2 miles away, and Ketchum & the River Run lift are about 3.5 miles away.

"Our unit needed updating. We did not have enough towels and the dishwasher overflowed and was unusable because of an unavailable part. We also had a cable TV access problem and ended up on the phone to Cox several times. We were working as volunteers at the SV Writers' Conference and would choose something closer, like Snowcreek, next time. "

"We enjoyed our stay in this unit. However we could have used better information about the facilities onsite (a map would have helped). The barbeque had just been installed and but propane tank was empty so we couldn't use it.
The space was very comfortable for us."

POLICIES
The Bluff Unit 4107 (Elkhorn Delight) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3 to 7 depending on season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
