About "Unit 607"
Located in the heart of Sun Valley Village this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo will sleep up to 6 guests. This unit is located on the second floor and is on two levels. The stairs to get to the second level are steep. On the main level, you will find the living area with high ceilings and great lighting. There is a gas fireplace, 36-inch flat screen TV and plenty of seating for relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are two bar stools at the counter top. The dining area seats 6 with access to deck with outdoor furniture and mountain views.
Also on the main level is the master bedroom with king bed, 26-inch flat screen TV, and access to private deck. There is a single sink vanity in the room and access to bath with another single vanity sink and shower only. There is another bedroom on this level, which has two twin beds, 18-inch TV and access to private deck. The room has an en-suite bath with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.
Upstairs you will find the third bedroom with a queen bed, 32-inch flat screen TV and mountain views. This room has an en-suite bath with two sink vanity and shower only.
The Resort is an easy walk and the ski bus to the lifts is easily accessible from the parking lot. Bald Mountain lifts are about 1.5 miles away. There is a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
Parking: there is 1 space for parking at this unit.
Access to the Sun Valley Inn pool (year-round) and during peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids' pools.

These one, two, three and four bedroom units, all with fireplaces are located in the heart of Sun Valley, affording beautiful views of either Bald Mountain or the Sun Valley Golf Course. Condos have access to the Sun Valley Amenities.

"I thought the location was great!!!!
but the condo was a little bit dated. You all were very helpful as was premier resorts and overall we had a wonderful trip in Sun Valley."

POLICIES
Wildflower Condominiums Unit 607 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2+ Depending on the Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
