About "Unit 08"
This upstairs corner studio plus loft/1-bath, 470 square-foot condo sleeps 3 with a sofa sleeper. As you enter the condo the full size bath with tub shower combo is located on the right. The full size kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four . (There is not a dining table.) The living room has a gas fireplace, 43-inch flat screen TV, Blue Ray and stereo, wireless internet, ceiling fan and a queen sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors open to a small deck where you'll find views to the East and a small table with two chairs and gas grill . This unit does not have A/C. The loft sleeping area features a queen bed, a 30-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. It has high ceilings and good light and is open to the living room below. There are mountain views from this room.
About Snowrun
Located on Jane Street, the Snowrun Condos are near downtown Warm Springs and only 2 blocks from the Warm Springs day lodge, providing easy access to skiing in winter and hiking and biking trails in summer. The free KART bus service stops just a few blocks away and provides service to all areas of Ketchum and Sun Valley. Downtown Ketchum is only 2 miles away.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Snowrun.

POLICIES
Snowrun Unit 08 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
