This newly remodeled, single-level, 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit will sleep 6 people. It features a full kitchen, laundry, and a private balcony with amazing lake views!
All condos have summer access to the outdoor heated pool and private beach.
About Crystal Beach
The Crystal Beach condos are located on Payette Lake with seasonal outdoor pool, lake & beach access during the summer. Located just a short walk from downtown, and located on the desirable south side of Payette Lake, Crystal Beach condominiums are a popular rental choice in both the summer and winter.
Views of Payette Lake are unobstructed from all units.
General Rules for Renters:
- Renters must register with the Crystal Beach Manager prior to or upon occupancy.
- Renters and there guests may not have pets of any kind on the property.
- Renter's guests (people other than those listed on the registration form) may not use the common area facilities including, but, not limited to, the pool area, beach or bocks.
- Renters may not store their boat or watercraft in any of the slips or dock spaces.
General:
* Pool Hours 10:00am - 10:00pm
* Quiet Times 10:00pm - 9:00am
* No trailers, RV campers or commercial vehicles are allowed to be parked in the parking lot.
All guests must sign the registration form before they enter the unit. The unit only allows the number of guests staying as it has beds to accommodate.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Crystal Beach.

"The condo we had was quite old and smelled quite musty. The view was beautiful but the condos were very noisy with people coming home from partying. The grounds were great but would not want to stay in the condo again."

Amenities such as hot tubs and pools are
especially susceptible to closure for maintenance. While we
understand that our customers often choose a property based on
amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an
amenity not being available during your stay.
POLICIES
Crystal Beach Unit C-35 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-7 nights Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 3:00-5:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location: 805 North Third (Hwy 55). Next to McCall Brew Pub and 2 blocks south of the lake on the east side of road.
Cancellation Policy: $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking. If cancelled 30-14 days before arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. Final payment is due 14 days before arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking 9 months or more in advance, a 60-day cancellation policy applies. If the reservation is cancelled outside of 60 days before the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable (no tax included). If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable. Any changes before 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. (May vary with packages)
