About Unit 06

This remodeled, spacious 2,030 sq. ft. condo offers 2.5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths that can accommodate up to 8 guests. This unit features a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, a single-car garage, a wood fireplace, WiFi, two TVs w/ Roku streaming and a DVD player in the living room, and a private patio with lake views.

All units have access to the lake and beach, a large grassy area with picnic tables, a playground, and a shared BBQ area. There is also overnight dock access, for a daily fee, pending available slots.

Parking Notes: Winter Trailer Parking: The City of McCall has made snowmobile trailer parking available in two locations. The City's Mill Road Parking Lot is located just north of Pine St./Mill Rd. intersection, near the City's boat launch/marina area and the Golf Course Parking Lot, which is located at the east end of Reedy Ln. Snowmobile loading or unloading at these locations is strictly prohibited.

Summer Trailer Parking: The Mill Road Parking Lot is available during the summer months.

All vehicle/trailer parking at these locations is based on a first-come, first-served basis at any time of the year. Parking of any vehicle or trailer longer than 72-hrs is prohibited (subject to change without notice). Parking is at your own risk and we are not liable for any damage or loss.

Cancellation: 50% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is canceled at any time you will forfeit the 50% deposit and a $50 bookkeeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 31 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically. Damages or loss of the owner's property or the need for excessive cleaning will incur additional charges.

About Mill Park Condos

Mill Park condos are located at Brown Park on Payette Lake, just a few blocks from downtown McCall. There are private boat slips available at this complex (for an additional fee), a sandy cove for swimming, a large grassy yard between the condos and the lake, a playground, and a picnic area with BBQs. The lower units are numbered 1-4 and are 1,510 sq. ft. The upper-level units are numbered 4-8 and are 2,030 sq. ft. The upper units are two levels, with the master, living, kitchen, and dining areas on the lower level and additional bedrooms upstairs.

Boat slip reservations, for a fee, are required, as there are only six boat slips.

"We loved this condo - great for the kids, who went up and down the loft ladder about a billion times (and great for parents who like tired kids). Luckily it snowed half the time we were there so we could pry them away from the fun bunk bed ladders to go sledding at Lake Park (a super-short walk away). Quiet condos, and a quick walk downtown for the Winter Carnival. Can't wait to come back during the summer to see the adjoining beach. My only requests for our next visit: a few coffee filters, and salt and pepper shakers. Thanks!"

"The condo was beautiful and in wonderful shape....the only thing (and I know this is minor) is that I wish they had lotion in the bathrooms and condition other than that gorgeous! Oh yeah we stayed in number six and could not get the garage door open so we had to buy her own firewood which was a bummer... Beautiful condo wonderful location!!!!! Emma Bowen "

"We stayed at Mill Park #6 with our kids and grandkids and enjoyed the view and central location. The upstairs 'loft' railing is questionable for children but we kept a close eye. We had difficulty figuring out the dishwasher but did get response from the manager. We loved it and would stay again"

"This condo was a great place to stay. Much better than a hotel. Views are amazing, condo is clean and comfortable. Just don't put ski boots too close to the electric wall heat. We had ours over a foot away and it still melted two boots. Other than that our stay was wonderful."

"Great location and view of the lake. Needs new beds in the second floor bedrooms. There was no wireless service as listed in the amenities. If they could fix these two problems it would have been perfect. InIdaho Ed. Note: Wireless is provided by the complex, but may have been down at the time the guest stayed."
