As a guest of the Elkhorn, you will also have access to a shared pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and a pickleball court (some of these amenities are seasonal).
Inside, the living is comfortable, spacious, and charmingly rustic. The sunny living room comes complete with ample soft seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large TV. This space effortlessly opens up into the dining area and the full kitchen. Cooking will come naturally in the kitchen amongst the stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Additionally off this space, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer - ideal for refreshing your adventure garb.
The primary bedroom is a place of peace with its private outdoor access, a large TV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. Your loved ones are sure to be content with the additional bedroom's plush linens and wilderness-themed decorations. For an extra layer of fun, be sure to utilize the condo's selection of board games.

About Sunburst
The Sunburst Complex is conveniently located not far from the Elkhorn Village and bike path and is on the Elkhorn Golf Course. The complex also has a pool of its own, along with a jacuzzi and sauna. KART buses provide free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs.

POLICIES
Sunburst Unit 2714 (Sunburst Condo in Elkhorn) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depends on season.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
