About "Unit 108-S"
Cute 2.5-bedroom condo with ground floor entry. This unit is 2 levels plus a loft with no other units above. There is a cozy woodstove and flat-screen TV and DVD player in the living room. The living room also has a love seat-style couch. The kitchen is small but fully stocked with all you'll need. There is a half bathroom downstairs for guest use.
All bedrooms are upstairs plus a full bathroom. The master bedroom and the guest bedroom both have queen beds. The loft features a queen sofa sleeper and a TV. The master bedroom also has a TV.
About Aspen Village
Aspen Village condos back up to the McCall Golf Course and each unit is individually owned with its own character and decor. They are walking distance to Davis Beach, Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park and downtown McCall.
Aspen Village has an on site sports club for lodging guests to use. The club features an indoor pool, racquetball courts, basketball court, hot tub, sauna and fitness center.
Aspen Village is the largest condominium complex in McCall which makes it perfect for groups and family reunions. Please note that the Aspen Village complex no longer allows RV's and trailers, particularly snowmobile trailers, within Aspen Village, per the covenants of the condominium association.
Hours for the Aspen Village Clubhouse are Mon-Fri (6am-9pm), Sat (9am-9pm) and Sun (9am-5pm). Closed on Christmas Day, Easter Sunday and limited hours on New Years Eve & New Years Day. Hours subject to change and may vary over holidays.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Aspen Village.

amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an

POLICIES
Aspen Village Unit 108-S Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-4 depending on the season
Check In/Out Time: 3:00-5:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location: 805 North Third (Hwy 55). Next to McCall Brew Pub and 2 blocks south of the lake on the east side of road.
Cancellation Policy: $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking. If cancelled 30-14 days before arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. Final payment is due 14 days before arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking 9 months or more in advance, a 60-day cancellation policy applies. If the reservation is cancelled outside of 60 days before the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable (no tax included). If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable. Any changes before 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. (May vary with packages)
