This gorgeous, family-friendly studio plus loft may seem small in size, but it packs a wallop when it comes to comfort! Located on the third floor, this gem of a retreat boasts all the conveniences of a home, including a homey living space with a gas fireplace (a true showstopper when it comes to warming even the coldest tootsies), a well-equipped kitchen, and offers access to incredible community amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, sauna, and tennis (some of these are seasonal amenities).
Take advantage of the main level's flat-screen Smart TV to watch your favorite shows and movies. You and your loved ones are free to use the Blu-ray and DVD player, which also has streaming internet! The main level also boasts a convenient full bath with a tub/shower combo.
Upstairs is all about privacy with a loft area that is complete with a comfortable bed and a half bathroom.
Things to Note: High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.
The Village pool and facilities have been rebuilt as of 2021 and are located approx. two blocks from the studio. Guests also have access to the Harker Center pool and facilities located approx. a mile south of the studio. Amenities may be seasonal.
This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

About Elkhorn Village Condos
This complex is located in the heart of Elkhorn Village and within walking distance to the free shuttle. The Elkhorn Village is also within walking distance from the newly build grocery store, post office and restaurant. During the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort. Swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts are available at both the Elkhorn Village and Harker Center.

POLICIES
Elkhorn Village Condos Unit 2082 (Elkhorn Studio Condo - The Clocktower) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on time and season.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
