Parking: the Aspen units have a 1-car detached garage that guests have access to. Additional vehicles must be parked in the adjacent parking spaces, which are no more than about 30 feet from the homes.

General Policies
Cancellation: There is a 25% deposit a time of booking, and the balance is automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. If cancelled between 60-31 days prior to arrival, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable.
