About "Unit 2617"
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-story condo is located in Elkhorn and will sleep up to 4 guests. The living area, kitchen, and dining area are located on the second level. The living room has a 36-inch, flat-screen TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and access to the deck. The deck has a table and 4 chairs, an umbrella, and a gas grill. There is a fully stocked kitchen and 2 bar stools at the kitchen countertop. The dining room table will seat up to 6 people. There is a small office space just off the kitchen.
Downstairs, on the lower level, is where you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and access to a deck with lounge chairs. There is an en-suite bathroom with single sink vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and access to the bathroom in the hallway, with single sink vanity and tub/shower combo. The stack washer/dryer is in this bathroom.
Complex Features: Ridge Condominiums are located in upper Elkhorn Village. Access to a hot tub and sauna is included at the Elkhorn Clubhouse, just a quick walk away. The area offers a free shuttle that picks you up just across the street from the complex, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.
Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, and steam room are open from the end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis & Golf are open from May through October (weather permitting).

Paralleling the golf course, the Ridge Condominiums offer one and two bedroom units within easy walking distance of Dollar Mountain.

POLICIES
Ridge Unit 2617 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
