Charming, fully remodeled, two-bedroom condo on the golf course with all the amenities! This condo has two bedrooms and two full baths, with an open kitchen, dining room, and living area. There is a wood-burning stove, but bring your own wood for those chilly fall and winter evenings. There is a TV in the living room with 150 cataloged DVDs for fun movie nights. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the guest bedroom has a double bed and a brand new wood bunk bed that is even built for adults! (No kids under six on the top bunk, please).
There is a TV and DVD player in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, and there are new beds, mattresses, carpet, and tile throughout. You will love the over-sized laundry room just off the garage with a washer/dryer.
The back deck has a filtered view of the golf course and is serene and peaceful, with possible sightings of deer and fox wandering through the woods.
The home has a one-car garage and ample parking in the lot in front.
About Aspen Village
Aspen Village condos back up to the McCall Golf Course and each unit is individually owned with its own character and decor. They are walking distance to Davis Beach, Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park and downtown McCall.
Aspen Village has an on site sports club for lodging guests to use. The club features an indoor pool, racquetball courts, basketball court, hot tub, sauna and fitness center.
Aspen Village is the largest condominium complex in McCall which makes it perfect for groups and family reunions. Please note that the Aspen Village complex no longer allows RV's and trailers, particularly snowmobile trailers, within Aspen Village, per the covenants of the condominium association.
Hours for the Aspen Village Clubhouse are Mon-Fri (6am-9pm), Sat (9am-9pm) and Sun (9am-5pm). Closed on Christmas Day, Easter Sunday and limited hours on New Years Eve & New Years Day. Hours subject to change and may vary over holidays.

"Aspen Village #71 is very well maintained condo with easy access to the sports club out the front door and the golf course out the back door. It's super clean, great beds and very much has the that "home like" feel. Our family enjoyed its stay in McCall so much we have already booked our Chirstmas holiday for 2003!"

POLICIES
Aspen Village Unit 071-M (Fairways 71) Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-4 depending on the season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Will be sent in confirmation
Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
