About "Unit 11"
This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is a single-level, corner unit on the ground floor with 1,000 sq. ft. of living space that can accommodations up to four guests. The living areas and bedrooms are furnished in a mixed mountain theme, including a river rock wood-burning fireplace.
The living room has a 32-inch TV with a DVD player, an iPod docking station, and wireless internet throughout. There is a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. The dining table seats six and there are two bar stools at the counter for extra space. There is a small deck off of the living room that faces north and has a gas BBQ grill and a bench.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, a 21-inch TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower only. The second bedroom can be set up as two twin beds or a king bed upon request and has access to the hallway bath with a shower/tub combination.
Parking Notes: Outdoor parking for up to 2 cars only.
About Bridgepoint
Bridgepoint Condominiums are located in a convenient corner of Ketchum, just a few feet from the banks of Trail Creek. The complex is conveniently located near the bike path in the summer and is within walking distance of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. Common area hot tub and outdoor parking for up to two cars only. The free Mountain Rides shuttle stops half a block from the complex to reach the River Run lifts or access the cities of Ketchum and Sun Valley for your shopping and dining pleasures.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Bridgepoint.

"Only problem (minor) was operation of the fireplace. It seems to be set up for wood but also had a gas hook up that was not connected. Maintenance folks didn't have an answer either, immediately. Didn't use the fireplace!
Else, everything was great although slightly lacking is dishware and glasses."

POLICIES
Bridgepoint Unit 11 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Nights
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
