Description

Located in West Ketchum, with easy access to the lifts, bike path, and downtown Ketchum, this updated studio, 1-bath condo will sleep up to 4 guests. The living and kitchen area is open with views of the mountains. There is Smart TV, a queen sofa sleeper, and a queen murphy bed. Above the bed is a wall-mounted A/C unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances including a super quiet Bosch dishwasher and two bar stools at the granite countertop. The bathroom is located on this level with a single vanity sink and shower.

Guests have access to the private balcony with a gas grill, table, and 2 chairs to take in the mountain views.

Complex Features: The Wildwood complex is in a prime location within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and town attractions and 3 minutes from Bald Mountain. There is a complex laundry facility for your use.

Unit 52 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
