Description

Remodeled in the winter of 1998, this one-bedroom, ground level condominium provides a good location to the bike path, Big Wood River and River Run lifts. A large deck looks off to the west and gets good afternoon sun. The condominium is a short walk to the pool in summer and hot tub & sauna in winter. The furnishings are all new, featuring in the bedroom a new log post bed with matching dresser and nightstands.

Kitchen:
The kitchen was fully remodeled in the winter of 1998 and features hardwood floors and cabinetry plus plenty of counterspace. It is spacious, fully equipped and open to the living room. There is a microwave and a dishwasher

Dining Room:
The dining table will seat four comfortably.

Living Room:
The living room is tastefully furnished with two sofas and a coffee table. There is a wood fireplace and a TV with VCR.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay. Additionally, items such as Internet and television service is sometimes removed without notification to us.
