Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
Fifty percent (50%) of the Total Agreement Amount is due at time of booking. The remaining Fifty percent (50%) of the Total Agreement Amount is due 31 days prior to arrival date.Rental total to include 10% State/Hotel Sales Tax, security/damage deposit of $1,000.00, plus a $150.00 booking fee. Housekeeping and selected concierge service charges are not included in the nightly rental rate. Please refer to Concierge Services list for fee schedule. Cancellation notice received by/or before thirty-one (31) days prior to Arrival Date shall be subject to a cancellation fee of $1,000.00. Cancellation notice received less than thirty-one (31) days prior to Arrival Date will forfeit the amount equal to the full Total Agreement Amount. No refunds shall be given for late arrivals or early departures. Thunder Spring charges it guests a fee if they pay using a credit card of 3.2% on American Express and 1.5% on any other credit card. Some notes about amenities Pets:
Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with
notice to InIdaho at time of reservation. Pets may require an
additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units. Undeclared
pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without
refund.
Air conditioning: Most vacation
rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even
on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures
so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not
listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.
Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days,
and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are
not guaranteed. Please note that amenities such as hot tubs
and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.
While we understand that our customers often choose a property
based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds
based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
Additionally, items such as Internet and television service is sometimes
removed without notification to us.
