Description

This studio condominium in the Elkhorn Village will provide the basics for summer or winter lodging for two people. This unit is rated "silver" by the property management company. It features a gas log fireplace with flagstone hearth, a queen-size bed, a desk area and small kitchen. There is a nice view of the pond with fountain and hillsides beyond from the window. An indoor ski locker in the hall provides storage space for outdoor gear. There is an indoor bike rack on the ground floor of the building. Guests can use the stairs or elevator to access this condominium's second floor interior entrance.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
