Description

This new and exquisitely decorated three-level town home in Sun Valley's most requested River Run location showcases the owner's excellent taste in designer furnishings, fabrics and wall treatments in every area. Highlights include unique, colorful plush velour and leather seating in the living areas, a pewter four-poster bed and marble-top provincial furnishings in the master bedroom and perfectly coordinated themed decor and bedding in all bedrooms. From the ground floor atrium entryway guests ascend a stairway to the main great room level with living, dining, kitchen areas and den with half bath. The master bedroom with full bath ensuite and jetted tub is on the third level, while second and third bedrooms are on the ground level. Bald Mountain views are afforded from all windows, from the outdoor private hot tub patio and from the balcony. This unit does not have access to the garage. This unit has been rated "gold" by the management company.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
