6% Reservation Fee

A damage waiver is included in the reservation fee, & is limited to incidental occurrences only. The damage waiver has a maximum total of $2500 damage payment per stay & is applicable for the entire stay (arrival - departure). The damage waiver doesn't cover damage resulting from gross negligence or willful & wanton misconduct. An additional fee may be charged for intentional, negligent or excessive damages & includes, but is not limited to, charges for anyone smoking in a non-smoking unit.

Description

This is one of the most convenient Prospector condominiums available. Located at the south end of the complex, it features Baldy views, good light and just a few feet away from the enclosed hot tub overlooking Warm Springs Creek. The very fresh, light decor will appeal to every vacationer. Downstairs are the living room, kitchen and dining area. Upstairs are the other bedrooms including a loft bedroom which can be reached via a sturdy ladder. This unit has been rated "silver" by the management company.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
