This spacious studio easily converts from a daytime living area to a cozy nighttime bedroom. The lakefront studio condo has a luxurious queen murphy bed that pulls down from the wall and can be easily stored out of sight during the day. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill, making a homemade meal is easy (and the provided dishwasher makes clean-up even easier!)

Unit B-19 (Studio in the Sky) General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with specials & packages)
