Description

Located on the Third Level
Studio condo with beautiful Payette Lake views! This unit has been recently remodeled and features natural slate and hardwood flooring, comfortable furnishings and stylish decor. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with all the standard appliances including a dishwasher (appliances are a bit dated). Enjoy meals at the kitchen bar, on your private balcony or at a table by the community pool! The living room has a flat-screen TV w/Cable along with WIFI. For sleeping, the condo features a Queen-size memory foam sofabed and a Full-size Murphy platform bed that hides away behind stylish barn doors when not in use.

This great little unit is tucked away in a wooded area steps from Payette Lake with outdoor seasonal pool access, first come/first served dock access for your boat, is only about 1-mile from the McCall Golf Course and downtown McCall! Walk to shops and restaurants or over to Ponderosa State Park to take advantage of all the hiking and biking trails. Great condo for a couple's getaway for a small family.

Unit B-18 (Studio on the Lake) General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
