Located in southwest Ketchum right on the bike path, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo can sleep up to 6 people. As you enter the condo you go up a flight of stairs to the living area. The living area is light and bright with a gas ignited wood burning fireplace, 36-inch flat-screen TV with Blu-ray and stereo.

The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and the dining table seats 8. There is a small deck off the dining area with views of the bike path.

Also on this level is the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom has two twins and the third bedroom has a single queen. Both bedrooms have access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo.

On the second level is the master bedroom with a king, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and views of the mountain. There is a large walk-in closet and master bath with a walk-in shower, sunken tub, and single sink vanity.

The washer/dryer is located in the single-car garage. From the garage, there is an entrance to a bonus room with bunk beds and a half bathroom. This is not part of the main home and is not suitable for small children as it has a garage entrance, but would be ok as an extra bonus room for a couple of older kids.
