Description

Escape the daily stresses here at Warm Springs Wonder, nestled right up against Warm Springs Lodge and the ski lift! Perfect for a romantic ski-cation for two or a solo adventure, spend your time cozying up in the glow of the wood-burning fireplace, prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, or sit outside on the deck and breathe in some of that fresh mountain air. While skiing and snowboarding are sure to occupy your time here in winter, summertime brings opportunities to hike and bike on the adjacent trails, swim in the seasonal pool at the complex or take a walk to several local shops and restaurants.

Parking Notes: Association parking (1) pass required in the winter ONLY. There is one parking pass inside the unit. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are small.

Unit F-7 (Warm Springs Wonder) General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
