Description
Studio + Loft Condo
Entering this ground floor unit you will find new light brown carpet and new furniture. To the left in the hall is a small but full bath with vanity. Further in and to the left is where the kitchenette is, behind closet doors to allow more space while in the unit. The stairway is a little narrow and steep. In the loft there is a king size bed and two twin beds that are separated by a wall. There is a dining table that seats two, a love seat, rocking chair, and a 27 inch TV with VCR in the living room. The sliding door leads out to a roomy deck which is situated directly above Warm Springs Creek with trees and grass around for peaceful, summer relaxation. A wood burning fireplace adds warmth. This unit is rated a "B" by the property management company.
