Description

This second-level entry, 2-bedroom plus loft /3-bath condo is located in Warm Springs and will sleep up to 6 guests. The living area offers a wood-burning fireplace, a 65-inch flat-screen TV with a Bose stereo system, and access to a small deck with Bald Mt Views. The fully stocked kitchen has tile countertops and the dining table seats 4. Two of the three bedrooms are on this level. One has a Queen bed and 42-inch flat-screen TV with access to a full-size bathroom with a single sink vanity and combo shower/tub. The other bedroom has a twin-size bunk bed and access to another hallway full-size bath with a single sink vanity and combo shower/tub.

Upstairs in the loft is a Queen bed, a large desk, a chair, and a full-size bathroom with a single sink vanity, sunken tub/shower combination, and a large walk-in closet. At the top of the stairs is a full-size washer and dryer in the closet area.

Unit 07 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities

Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
