Upon entering, you'll first come across the cozy and spacious living room featuring a 55-inch flatscreen TV with cable and streaming capabilities, and a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace. Behind the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen that features modern, stainless steel appliances including a full-size fridge, dishwasher, Wolf Range and hood, and coffee and espresso makers. There is a dry bar as you exit the kitchen and a convenient breakfast bar that seats three. The elegant wood dining table with eight leather chairs leads to a balcony that features a set of comfortable patio furniture, a teak dining table, and a gas grill.
This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are master suites. The main bedroom is spacious and features a 50-inch HDTV with cable and streaming, a height-adjustable desk and chair, and a sleeper sofa in case the kids want to stay in your room. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a vanity desk. The second main bedroom enjoys beautiful views with access to the balcony and its en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks.
There is a ski locker outside the front door of the condo that guests can use during their stay. Please carry luggage to rooms or take care to keep wheels on the runners and off the light carpet. Pack your slippers as outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the condo and can be stored safely outside the front door.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Parking Notes: Parking is on a first-come basis. There is no garage connected and no covered parking. There are ample spaces surrounding each unit in the complex.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities Pets:
Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with
notice to InIdaho at time of reservation. Pets may require an
additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units. Undeclared
pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without
refund.
Air conditioning: Most vacation
rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even
on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures
so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not
listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.
Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days,
and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are
not guaranteed. Please note that amenities such as hot tubs
and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.
While we understand that our customers often choose a property
based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds
based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
