Description

Lovely studio condo located in Elkhorn Village with shared pool, hot tub and tennis court plus easy access to the ski lifts!

This cute studio has a light and bright interior with a sleeping loft overlooking the living area. Guests will enjoy the efficient layout with full kitchen, full bathroom on the main level, open living area with couch, small dining table, cozy gas fireplace and set of Twin bunk beds. There is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Cable access plus free WIFI. Head upstairs to the open loft with Queen bed and storage or enjoy the fresh air on your private balcony with bistro table and chairs.

This complex has access to shared laundry facilities as well as shared Elkhorn amenities including pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room and tennis courts. In the winter, you are walking distance to the Elkhorn ski lifts!

Unit 2044 (Elkhorn Escape - Renovated 2020) General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
